Checking 15 URLs at once with one-click Google and Bing links is so much faster than doing site: queries manually. I use this after every content publish to confirm indexing within 24 hours.

The batch processing for an entire sitemap section is invaluable. I paste all URLs from a new blog section and check them all in one go. The clear explanation of how to read results is helpful.

I use this to diagnose crawl issues — when a page isn't ranking, the first check is whether it's indexed at all. This makes that check fast and systematic for any number of URLs.

❓ FAQ
What is Google indexing?+
Indexing is the process by which Google's crawlers discover and add your web pages to Google's search index. Only indexed pages can appear in search results. New pages typically take a few days to weeks to be indexed.
What is a site: query?+
A site: search (e.g. site:example.com/page) shows whether Google has indexed that specific URL. If the URL appears in results, it is indexed. No results means it is not in Google's index.
Why would a page not be indexed?+
Common reasons: robots.txt disallows crawling, noindex meta tag, canonical tag points elsewhere, page is very new, low-quality content, no internal links pointing to the page, or crawl budget exhaustion on large sites.
How do I request faster indexing?+
Submit your URL in Google Search Console (URL Inspection tool → Request Indexing). Also submit or resubmit your sitemap in Search Console for bulk discovery.
What is the difference between crawling and indexing?+
Crawling is when Googlebot visits and reads your page. Indexing is when Google adds it to the searchable index. A page can be crawled but not indexed (e.g. if it has a noindex tag).
