Can I choose where on the page the numbers appear?+

Yes! You can place page numbers in any of 6 positions: top-left, top-center, top-right, bottom-left, bottom-center or bottom-right. A live preview shows exactly where they will appear.

What number formats are available?+

You can choose from: simple numbers (1, 2, 3), "Page 1" style, "1 / 10" (current of total), dash style (- 1 -), Roman numerals (i, ii, iii) or alphabetic (A, B, C).

Can I skip the first page (cover page)?+

Yes! Use the "Skip pages" field and enter the page numbers you want to skip, such as "1" to skip the cover page. The numbering will still count correctly for the remaining pages.

Can I start numbering from a custom number?+

Yes. Use the "Start numbering from" field to set any starting number. For example enter "5" to start numbering from 5 instead of 1.

Is my PDF file safe and private?+

Will adding page numbers affect the PDF content or quality?+
